Homeschool Mother's Journal: Spring Break Edition

In our homeschool... We started the week with a couple of full school days, working on SuperCharged Science, maths, and language arts. Landon and Kennady had one lesson to do in History in order to finish a unit, which we did on Monday. Since then, and for next week as well, they are getting a break from that. And from a few other things too. Kennady was very busy putting together the components of our 20th Century in America Lap-Pak from Homeschool in the Woods. The kids attended their final co-op class on Thursday. Next week is the pizza party and program to celebrate the end of co-op for another season.

In other news... Softball practices are more pleasant now that the weather is warming up! The big news is that my parents and two aunts arrived on Thursday for a visit with us. That's why we've decided to take a bit of a break from schoolwork.

One of my favorite things this week... welcoming my family to spend time with us.
