December Photo Album

I thought that in 2020 December would be far less busy than in previous years. I suppose that it was, but perhaps the parties and concerts were replaced with work and other smaller get-togethers. I was shocked to get to the week before Christmas and realize that I had done almost no shopping. I waited later than ever this year, and did almost all my Christmas shopping in the couple of days before the gifts were opened! I did not send any cards or letters this season, although I think I may still send out some personal letters.

Landon and Meaghan put on a Pancakes and Pajamas holiday party one evening. Family and their young adult group plus a few other friends got together (most of us played along and wore pajamas of some kind!) and ate breakfast for dinner and played a few games. It was so much fun, and will hopefully become an annual thing.

Meaghan and Donnie were officially welcomed into church membership.

Preparing dry rub for barbecue, because doesn't everyone smoke a brisket in the last week of December while it's snowing?

Went to see this house where they'd pulled out all the stops to decorate!

Once again, I found out what happens when I leave my phone unattended.

Also, some tiny trash for my birthday!

What beautiful photos. I too found myself startled when Christmas rolled around. It seems like the month really flew by.
