I've been going through photos lately. Two main reasons - one is that we have WAY too many of them taking up space on my hard drive so I am doing something about that. And also I have to choose some photos to display at Landon's grad. In the process, I'm getting a chance to relive some fun homeschool memories, and I'm going to share some of them with you on this week's Blogging Through the Alphabet post!
These are all older pictures, 2013 and before.
There were all those times kids came to class in costume.
And the time we made "vermillion" to paint our faces when we were studying Lewis and Clark.
Field trips like this one to an aviation museum.
We did art projects,
and learned to read.
Another field trip, this one to St Mary's City.
We visited Washington DC with our homeschool group and spent some time at the war memorials.
Experiments at home.
Field trip to the news studio.
Landon joined Civil Air Patrol and started earning credits and promotions for his efforts there.
Costumes again! This was our peaceful Boston Tea Party.
We all learned a lot studying classical astronomy.
And we even had fun learning with board games in a personal finance class I helped teach at our co-op. Who knew?!
Most of these pictures won't be featured in Landon's grad slideshow, but I didn't want to forget them either. Hope you enjoyed the quick trip down memory lane with me!
