There's a couple of humourous things that my kids said recently that I thought were worth sharing.
- Landon is a big hockey fan now, so he has been following the playoffs and his favorite team- the Detroit Redwings. One of the players is Nicklas Lidstrom. So there's the background. DH and I were talking at the dinner table one evening about making some plans for the summer and projects we wanted to do this year, and DH said "after dinner, I think we should write down some goals" Landon puts in "I think Lidstrom has eight goals so far" LOL
- Kennady funny: Hopefully you're familiar with the music from "Oklahoma!" otherwise this isn't truly funny. She learned the song "The Surrey with the Fringe on Top" from a kids CD she has. So now she sings:
"chips and ducks and chips in a scurry
when I take you out in Missourri
when I take you out in Missourri
with the French on top!" - Yesterday, Kennady and Landon were doing a word puzzle together and I guess they had to list foods starting with various letters of the alphabet. Harrison was in there too and teasing them. So when they had to do a food for the letter B, Landon suggested "butter" and Harrison (being a goof) said "that's not a food, it's a condiment" Kennady yells at me "Mo-om!!!!! Is butter a food or a continent?" LOL

Thanks for sharing,

LOL Kids are SOOOO funny. That Kennady keeps me in stitches. I think her and Cameron would be great friends if ever they met.
