Show & Tell - flags

Ever been to any of those International Peace Gardens on the US-Canada border?  We sometimes jokingly  refer to our yard as the local International Peace Garden.  LOL  Not that there's any real garden to speak of!  So, this is my back yard, well a little part of it as you look across from the deck.

Do you know how hard it is to take pictures of kids on the trampoline when you have a safety enclosure?  I took about 20 a couple weeks ago and not one turned out, because the kids were just a blur behind the netting.  LOL  But I did take this one sans kids.  This is where they are spending a lot of their time this summer.  When they are not in the pool, that is.

Show and Tell is hosted by CanadaGirl at:  www.homeschoolblogger.com/CanadaGirl  Head over to see the other Show and Tells and to participate!

(OK, I can no longer figure out links.  The pop-up window to put them in is changed and I thought I dealt well with change, but apparently not because I'm still bamboozled by this one.  I'll figure it out someday!)

I love those flags ! Canada Day is coming. We will be going to see the fireworks that day. (0= To bad about the pics . )0=

About the link ...

I have discovered that you type what you want to link in bold and then highlight it. Then hit the link icon and carry on. I hope this helps.

Hey, nice backyard.....

I like the lights on your deck, too. We take ours down after Christmas, but maybe we should leave some up. I'll bet it makes for nice lighting.

I know what you mean! I have a net with more holes then yours so I always wedge my camera into it to miss the lines. Or I just go into the opening and take them.

Thanks for coming by my blog! I have been busy online but neglecting blogging! I need to get back into it more.

With respect to taking pictures of your kids on the trampoline- I have and idea as to how to solve your dillema-you have got to get in there with them!! Good luck.

Our girls would love to have a trampoline, but dh says, NO, to dangerous. I'm trying to keep middle ground - but I sure did love the trampoline in my younger days - but I know I would want to jump on it and I'm just getting too old & out of shape. Looks like you have a nice peaceful back yard.

You live in this wonderful city! It is awesome! We're staying at a church on Warren Avenue. We're within walking distance to the Inner Harbor. It is soooooooooo neat! However, the weather is reminding me of MS. LOL! Have a great day!

Just thought I'd stop by and say hi. I saw your comment on the HSB porch about the Montgomery County thing.

I was born and raised in MD. Montgomery County then Carrol County. It's so sad to see all that happening, but I guess it happens everywhere.

Hope you don't mind me popping in. Have a great day in the Son!
