J is for... Jammies

As in pajamas!  Because that tends to be the school uniform of choice here.  Fortunately, my kids prefer pajamas that consist of old or oversized t-shirts and fleece pants.  I found these pictures from the last couple of years that featured kids doing school in pajamas...

I guess staying in pajamas does make it easier to take a nap in the middle of Math class if necessary.

This is one of my favorites from a few years ago.  Kennady decided to dress up as a cowgirl (Annie Oakley, perhaps?) but instead of jeans, she opted for the nightgown.

Do you let your kids stay in their jammies during school or do you require them to be properly dressed? My DH and I have gone back and forth over this and encourage the kids to be properly dressed, but haven't made it a rule, as such.  Leave me a comment and let me know how you handle it!

Will loves to homeschool in his jammies. In fact, he probably has as many holes in the knees of his pajama bottoms as he does jeans.

I love this post! Most of my kids tend to change, but yes, we almost always have at least one kid in jammies.
