I should note up front that even where it says "progress", the progress wasn't much. Thankfully there are a couple of things I could say got done!
- Pack up the school stuff we're finished with - start getting rid of what we can. Progress. I packed up a bit more, but haven't sorted much. When clearing out room in the basement for the freezer to be delivered, I did toss a lot of old things that we didn't need to keep.
- Clean up my desk. Progress. Not much got done, but it does look just a little better.
- Finish evaluations and turn in my reports. Done! Managed to get that last appointment done and handed in all my reports on Thursday morning. That part of my homeschool life is finished until September!
- Reading... Not done. Which is to say that Julius Caesar didn't arrive, so I didn't read that at all; and I had a bad week as far as my Bible reading too. I'm not happy with myself over that.
- Blog goals... Done! Review and all. I don't have any reviews due for a couple weeks, but I have several products we're using, or expecting to receive soon so I am working on drafting the reviews.
- Baking and meal planning. Progress. More hit than miss last week with meals, and I even managed to get a family favorite (fettucine with homemade alfredo) on the table one night. I baked cookies and brownies instead of buying, but I still haven't baked bread.
- Decluttering... Progress! Especially in the basement, because we needed to move the freezers in and out. I also made some noticeable progress in my room.
- Lesson planning. Not done. Except in my head. LOL It wasn't high priority, so this is one "not done" verdict that doesn't bother me at all.
- This week's errands and to-do list: Complete, except for the return to the garage for a vehicle problem.
With so much blank space on my calendar, I'm torn about whether to fill it up or to relax a little. Here are the things I am going to try to focus on:\
- Sort school stuff. I pulled out some of the older things that had been archived in the basement and realized that I'd kept far more than necessary from years gone by. I set it aside in the family room to sort through and I want to get that done this week so it's not taking up space there. I suspect most of that will wind up in the trash, or in a giveaway pile. Of course I have other things to sort and move out as well.
- Clean up my desk. I'm getting motivated by the signs of improvement, and am determined to make some more visible progress this week.
- Reading... I got a notice that Julius Caesar is at the library for me to pick up, which I'll likely do tomorrow, so I can get back to reading Shakespeare. More importantly, I will study my Bible more faithfully this week.
- Blog goals... no reviews due this week, but I have some other posts to work on, and hopefully can get back to work on my book blog.
- Baking and meal planning. Now that I have the new freezer, I'm disturbed by how empty it seems! I have plenty of room to freeze my own baking and homemade frozen dinners, if I plan on getting it done and follow through.
- Decluttering... I'm planning on starting on what some would think of as a good spring cleaning. I have way too much going on in spring though, so summer seems a better option.
- Lesson planning. I think I will use this as a reward task for making progress on the less enjoyable tasks. And between lesson planning and clearing out last year's schoolbooks, I will be able to move the new year's resources from the "inbox" to the school shelf.
- Clean the fridge. At the bottom of the list only because it just occurred to me that I should do that today.
- This week's errands and to-do list includes: CAP (although maybe I won't have to drive this week!), Bible study group, shopping and errands.

I think it is wonderful that you made progress. I STILL haven't written the kids' reports, so good for you. I'd love to see pictures of your desk. Mine tends to stay pretty organized but the kids' homeschooling shelf thingy tends to get piles with all kinds of things!
I hope you have a great week!
I thought your list looked pretty good as far as progress and done, but that is easy to say from the outside. I know how I feel when I don't get my goals accomplished. But I wanted to encourage you to keep on keeping on. I have a lot to do and summer is flying by. We start back to school the last week of July and we finished way late this year so our summer is SHORT! I have a lot of planning to do and still have to order a few things for next years school. I also have to still do the boys portfolios from this year and organize the schoolroom. First I have to get my son's graduation celebration tomorrow done. We are having it at our house so I have gotten a lot of "Spring" cleaning done that had gotten let go, like cleaning the ceiling fans. I have a bunch more to do so I need to get off this computer. I hope you have a great week and make lots of progress and accomplish all your goals.
