When they saw the star, they were overjoyed. On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold and of incense and of myrrh.
~Matthew 2:10-11~
We three kings of Orient are
Bearing gifts we traverse afar
Field and fountain moor and mountain
Following yonder star
O star of wonder star of night
Star with royal beauty bright
Westward leading still proceeding
Guide us to thy perfect light
Born a king on Bethlehem's plain
Gold I bring to crown Him again
King forever ceasing never
Over us all to reign
Frankincense to offer have I
Incense owns a Deity nigh
Prayer and praising gladly raising
Worshipping God on high
Myrrh is mine its bitter perfume
Breathes a life of gathering doom
Sorrowing sighing bleeding dying
Sealed in a stone cold tomb
Glorious now behold Him arise
King and God and sacrifice
Alleluia alleluia
Sounds through the earth and skies
Happy Epiphany!

What a treat! My husband, a very good pianist, always LOVES to watch these guys. And it's a really good song to sing, or listen to, any time. Thanks.
