Chats on the Farmhouse Porch #140

Everyday Ruralty
Yesterday got away from me, so I'm late for the weekly Chats on the Farmhouse Porch hosted by Everyday Ruralty. Kind of embarrassing, since it's only my second week! I guess I'll have to write myself a note so I don't forget next week. ;-)

This week's questions:

  1. Is there one person who can drive you nuts, even if they aren't doing anything in particular?
  2. When you were a small child, how did you answer the question, "What do you want to be when you grow up?"
  3. Do you drink more sodas, iced tea, or water?
  4. My favorite flavor of iced cream is _________.
  5. Do you like to dance?
Hmmmm...
  1. I can think of several people who can drive me nuts by just being in the same room with me. But I have to lay the blame for that on my attitude more than anything else!
  2. I don't remember being asked - isn't that strange? From a very young age I wanted to be a teacher, so I'm pretty sure that would have been my answer.
  3. More water than anything else, but I drink a lot of sweet tea during the summer. I have a soda about once a week and that's more than enough.
  4. I like almost all of them. :-)  My favorite depends on the day and my mood. Right now, I'd say my favorite is moose tracks or something like that.
  5. Not really. I'm too awkward.

Thursday Q&T: Another round of hump day Q&A

Hi Kim, don't stress out about being late. Come when you can...that is my motto. I quit soda about a year ago and now when I have one it's like I just chugged a class of sugar water! :)
Great answers and thanks for stopping by my place!

This is the second time in my life that I have heard the phrase, 'moose track,' and I am really curious to know what it is like. I don't know if it is available in Japan, where I live, but if I were to find some, I would definitely try it.

Kim, thank you so much for stopping by my blog! It is great meeting you! You've always wanted to be a teacher...and here you are! I can think of no other more precious ones to teach than your own! I homeschooled for a year, and then our church started a Christian school, so I went there to work. I'm grateful to have served the Lord in that capacity, but in some ways I wish I would have remained committed to homeschooling our two. It's all good though! :)

Moose tracks lovers are everywhere! Love it! :)

Thanks again for stopping by!
