Welcome to the Virtual Refrigerator art link-up! Thank you for joining us as we share what we're creating in our homeschools. We cordially invite you to add your link sharing artwork that's on your Virtual Refrigerator and then hop over to the other blogs and admire what's on their Fridges too! The Virtual Fridge link-up is open all month.
Here's the most recent art, and a look back at this week's Virtual Fridge posts from past years.
Most recently, this Space Race collage completed for US History class:
A couple of years ago, when we reviewed ArtAchieve, she did this painted piece in the style of Kandinsky. (Read our full review: Draw the World with ArtAchieve!)
Did you know SchoolhouseTeachers.com also has the entire collection of lessons from ArtAchieve? Achieving Art Success with ArtAchieve is available to members on the site until August of 2019. ArtAchieve lessons are inspired by folk art from all over the world, and range from very simple for young children or beginner artists to more complex projects for teens or artists with more experience. All projects are designed to be completed with simple art supplies you likely already have or are easy and relatively inexpensive to acquire.
A mountain scene in chalk pastels, but following the instructions Bob Ross gives for painting a similar scene!
She seemed like just a tyke when she made this serpent mosaic way back in 2014. (Find the instructions and background on this project: Virtual Refrigerator - Aztec Serpent Mosaic)
My student doesn't do artwork every week, so I probably won't have something new on my Virtual Fridge every Wednesday, but I will have a link-up post for participants each week.
