Day Two of the July Blogging Challenge - Quote. As usual, I can't narrow it down to just one. Since this is a homeschool blog, I'm going to start with my School Scripture from last year.
For the Lord grants wisdom! From his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest. He is a shield to those who walk with integrity. He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him. Then you will understand what is right, just, and fair, and you will find the right way to go. For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will fill you with joy. ~Proverbs 2:6-10
A long time favorite, and a very influential passage in our decision to homeschool is from Deuteronomy 6:4-7.
Personally, this one from Psalm 90:12 is a good challenge for me.
On a lighter note, this is also a coffee break blog, and I love coffee, so it's only right that I include some quotes about coffee.
Coffee, the finest organic suspension ever devised. ~Star Trek: Voyager
I like coffee because it gives me the illusion that I might be awake. ~Lewis Black
I can't imagine a day without coffee! I can't imagine! ~Howard Schultz
A morning without coffee is like sleep.
I orchestrate my mornings to the tune of coffee. ~Terri Guillemets
Behind every successful woman is a substantial amount of coffee. ~Stephanie Piro
I'm taking part in the July Blogging Challenge hosted by Lynn at This Day Has Great Potential and Jennifer at A Glimpse of Our Life. There's a word prompt for each day of the month, and today's is Quote. Visit This Day Has Great Potential and A Glimpse of Our Life to see what quotes others are sharing.
