Happy St Patrick's Day!
Just my luck, we don't have new art to share today, although Kennady has been working on a couple things. She is planning to do another live art presentation for our Easter service, so she needs to focus on that. So for today I've pulled a couple of things out of the archives that reminded me of Ireland.
Last year Kennady experimented with watercolors and marker and made these shamrocks.
And we tried our hand at tying Celtic heart knots.
I guess today our celebration will probably be limited to our traditional Irish breakfast!

From several years ago - coloring a Celtic cross.
And these date WAY back to when Kennady was a toddler or preschooler, and all three boys were students. We were studying medieval history and they made these initials in illuminated manuscript style when we talked about the Book of Kells, which was created in a monastery in Ireland.
