Homeschool Weekly - Homeschool 101 Edition

In our homeschool . . . we took this week off, deciding to enjoy a bit of a break since we had plenty of other things to keep us busy. I did work a little on lesson planning for the upcoming year, but didn't spend a lot of time on it. Fortunately, most of the planning has already been done.

In other news . . . I had a long day at work last Saturday, but a fun day overall, as we had a wedding at the winery. On Sunday, Landon left for a week at family camp with friends, and the rest of us went out for dinner and some shopping in the evening. All during the week, Kennady has been babysitting, and I've been spending a bit of extra time at the computer writing for the Schoolhouse Review Crew blog hop. Yesterday, Kennady had a friend over and they spent some time in the pool and some time making slime. That's right - slime.
