Okay, when she first showed me this drawing, I wondered why she would draw one of my high school friends as he looks today, but as if he'd survived a workplace disaster. Turns out this is actually a character named Dwight from an online horror/survival game of some kind called Dead By Daylight. The dirty and rumpled clothes kind of made sense, but why Kennady would draw it did not! Now the game itself sounds pretty sketchy to me, and it's not like Kennady plays it. She does watch a YouTube channel that featured this game at some point. Just need to clarify that this drawing is not meant as an endorsement or recommendation of the game! Getting the dirt (and bloodstains??) on the clothes to look right was kind of the focus for her.
I'm hoping her next drawings are a bit more cheery!
