Virtual Refrigerator - Moonstruck Cats

I'm pretty excited about this week's Virtual Refrigerator, because not only do I have brand new art to show off - I have something of mine on display! Recently Kennady and I were chosen to review a drawing instruction program from Creating A Masterpiece. Well, it was originally Kennady that wanted to review it (as I knew she would), because she is the artist around here, and she'd previously enjoyed using the art lessons from Creating A Masterpiece when we reviewed it a couple years ago. But once I started looking through the projects available, I started to wonder if maybe I could try my hand with some of them as well.

And here we are. Kennady and I both liked the image of a cat silhouetted against a full moon in the beginner's drawing lessons, so we decided to tackle that project together.

Here are the finished pieces. I was so happy with how mine turned out, even though I don't consider myself very artistic at all!
