Each week Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook shares a set of prompts for photos. On Saturday she invites participants to share their photos in the I Spy 2022 linkup. This week held some challenges and surprises for the prompts.
- weather (quarterly) - This is not the usual weather for mid-March, but it certainly made for the most interesting photo! We got a couple inches of snow on Saturday.
- opposite - I had such a hard time with this prompt! I finally went outside and took a photo of my window and bird feeders. But this is from the opposite side and facing the opposite direction.
- statue - I really had nothing for this one this week, so I went back into my archives a couple months and found my photo of this statue (replica of Nike, I think?) in the Frank Lloyd Wright house we visited in Buffalo.
- behind the scenes - the hallway at one of the co-ops where I teach
- your choice - My brother was a missionary in Ukraine many years ago. This is one of the folk art pieces he brought back. It hangs in my living room. I thought it fitting to share it today as we think specifically of the Ukrainian people in our prayers for our brothers and sisters around the world.
iSpy 2022 is hosted by Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook. The idea is to challenge yourself to step out of your comfort zone and do something different with your photos. Anyone can participate by taking five new photos during the week that fit the prompts. Link up during the week and have fun!
