I Spy #74

Each week Lysha at A Camera and a Cookbook shares a set of prompts for photos. On Saturday she invites participants to share their photos in the I Spy 2022 linkup. I was down with the flu the first part of the week and wasn't taking any photos on those days! Hope you like what I came up with!

 

- window view (quarterly) - 

- happy - Yesterday we had a baby shower for my son and daughter-in-law and there was a lot of happiness to go around! When we were cleaning up, there was some silliness with Meaghan using the banner as a blanket, and I don't know if that's what they were laughing about when I took the photo but the candid said "happy" to me!

- nearby - I wasn't sure what kind of photo to use for this prompt and wound up using a quick snap (through the car window!) of the tourism sign pointing folks to the winery nearby. It's not a detour, the nearby village is named Detour, and so is the winery! It's just down the road from our place.

 - loud - I had a hard time with this prompt as well. You can't hear it, of course, but this Red-bellied Woodpecker is one of the loudest visitors to my feeders. He always seems rather off balance on the feeders as well, so I got a woodpecker block to put out for him and his similarly shaped friends.

- Your Choice - It's not that common to see Amish in town here, although there are a few in our area. My daughter and I were puzzling over which business this gentleman and his little girl were visiting. The laundromat was the nearest in the parking lot, but that didn't seem likely.
