Scripture and a Snapshot: March 29, 2014

O God, listen to my cry! Hear my prayer! From the ends of the earth, I cry to you for help when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the towering rock of safety, for you are my safe refuge, a fortress where my enemies cannot reach me. Let me live forever in your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of your wings!
~Psalm 61:1-4~

This picture was taken at Hopewell Rocks on the Bay of Fundy in New Brunswick, Canada.

Beautiful photo! For our anniversary two summers ago we went to Maine and drove up through New Brunswick, then spent time on PEI and then went to Nova Scotia. My family on Mama's side are descendants of the original French settlers on PEI so it seems I'm related to most of the islanders, and they treated us like family. What a great time we had in the beautiful Maritimes!

Our trip that year took us through New Brunswick and PEI as well, with just a brief visit to Nova Scotia. We particularly loved PEI - the people are so friendly!

Thanks for visiting!
