I am not a math person, but I like a good pun, and I like good pie, so I am rather fond of Pi Day.
Today we're enjoying Cherry Pi, Banana Cream Pi, and Chicken Pot Pi.
I wanted to make my favorite meat pi, French-Canadian Tourtiere, for dinner, but the kids aren't crazy about it. If you want to try it, I shared my recipe here: Eating the Americas - French-Canadian Tourtiere.
Today is also Albert Einstein's birthday. Are you celebrating either of these with something fun in your homeschool? Leave a comment and let me know!
