Kennady's talked a few times about trying to paint a mirror, and thanks to a yard sale find last Saturday, she had the chance. She picked up this framed mirror at our church yard sale last week and remade it.

Kennady's talked a few times about trying to paint a mirror, and thanks to a yard sale find last Saturday, she had the chance. She picked up this framed mirror at our church yard sale last week and remade it.
First she painted the white frame using acrylic paint and paint markers.
Then she painted some roses and added some lettering to the glass.
It's hard to take pictures of a mirror, isn't it? Have you seen the collection of photos people take of mirrors they are trying to sell? It's hilarious to see the results of an attempt to take a picture of a mirror without being reflected in the mirror!
Hmmm. Once again, the photo of the finished project!

I honestly thought at first that she painted the mirror black.. but I can see how our would be hard to photograph.
