You might remember awhile ago I had a cute carousel horse on display. Kennady had been asked to paint a few of them for the backdrops for our VBS, and got the first one done pretty quickly. Then life happened . . . camps, college classes, and the rest of it. And when she got back from camp this past weekend, she realized she needed to get the others horses done quickly in order to have them ready for VBS. So she scrambled a bit, but got the second carousel horse and a sign completed, and the third horse painted but not outlined.

Here's Carousel Horse #1, which has been sitting around for over a month waiting for some friends! I'm going to deliver these to the church today.

Kennady's black paint marker ran out so she couldn't finish off Horse #3, but that should be a quick job when she gets home.

The VBS theme is a circus or something. I got a quick look at the decorations last night and it looks like a lot of fun!
I'm glad that although Kennady has limited time available these days, she's still willing to use her interest in painting to do fun things like this that contribute to a ministry.
